How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Yoursconvicted Tree Service to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Yoursconvicted Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record as you go.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Yoursconvicted Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or decide things on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@yoursconvicted.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Comes Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
